Quality Manager - Mason Area

• →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and development.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• →Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• →Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
