Quality Manager - Otsego Area

We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Quality Managers. • →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• →Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• →Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• →Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
• Proven ability to implement and improve quality systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing quality teams.
