Quality Manager - Plainwell Area

We are partnering with organizations in Plainwell that are seeking Quality Managers. • →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• →Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and validation activities to ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective/preventive actions.
• →Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and resolution of non-conformances.
• →Ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet relevant regulatory and customer quality standards.
• →Facilitate internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformances and driving closure.
• →Develop and manage the quality budget, optimizing resource allocation for quality initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing quality teams.
