Quality Manager - Whitehall Area

• →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and training.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Manage non-conformances, corrective actions (CAPA), and preventive actions.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• →Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• →Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop quality teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality management systems
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize Quality 4.0 initiatives
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and process improvement
• Experience in supplier quality management and auditing
