Quality Supervisor - Manistee Area

• →Supervises and coordinates the activities of quality control inspectors.
• →Develops and implements quality control procedures and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing or implementation
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with supplier quality management
