Quality Supervisor - Otsego Area

We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Quality Supervisors. • →Supervise a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• →Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• →Monitor and analyze production data to identify quality trends and areas for improvement.
• →Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal quality management systems, and customer specifications.
• →Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• →Facilitate internal and external audits.
• →Provide training and mentorship to quality personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective/preventative actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality management systems
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
