Quality Supervisor - Zeeland Area

• →Leads and mentors a team of quality technicians.
• →Develops and implements quality control procedures and standards.
• →Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for quality issues.
• →Oversees inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• →Manages and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Collaborates with production and engineering to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• →Prepares and presents quality performance reports to management.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with ERP systems and their quality modules
