Quality Technician - Holland Area

• →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• →Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment.
• →Document and report quality data, including inspection results and defect trends.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• →Support production teams in understanding and applying quality requirements.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in quality control or manufacturing
• Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC)
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems

• Additional certifications or training
