• →Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on key metrics to optimize manufacturing recruitment efforts.
• →Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the candidate experience and employer brand within manufacturing.

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical terminology.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and online platforms for recruitment.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
