Responsibilities

  • →Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • →Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
  • →Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
  • →Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
  • →Conduct criticality assessments and develop asset management plans.
  • →Collaborate with maintenance and production teams on reliability improvements.
  • →Utilize data analytics to identify trends and predict potential failures.
  • →Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in various predictive maintenance (PdM) techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic).
  • Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other risk assessment tools.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

  • Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning for predictive maintenance.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and tool development.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies.
  • Experience with Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
