Robotics Technician - Spring Lake Area

• →Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
• Familiarity with a variety of robot programming languages beyond standard teach pendant operation (e.g., Python, C++ for advanced applications).
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for integrating robotic work cells.
• Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians or production staff on robot operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and their specific safety considerations.
