Setup Technician - Charlotte Area

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Setup Technicians. • →Assemble and disassemble manufacturing equipment according to blueprints and safety protocols.
• →Perform routine maintenance and calibration on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• →Transport and position heavy machinery using forklifts and other lifting devices.
• →Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve setup processes and efficiency.

• →Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during equipment setup and operation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing setup or machine operation role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of PLC controls and automation systems

• Additional certifications or training
