Setup Technician - Delta Township Area

• →Perform equipment changeovers and setups according to work instructions and production schedules.

• →Conduct first-piece inspections and verify setup accuracy to meet quality standards.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• →Document setup parameters, changeover times, and any encountered issues.
• →Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize setup processes.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechatronics, industrial automation).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Basic understanding of robotics or automated material handling systems.
