• Experience with CAD software for interpreting schematics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking parts and work orders.
• Basic understanding of PLC logic for troubleshooting automated equipment.
• Certification in a specific manufacturing process (e.g., IPC J-STD-001).
