Setup Technician - Spring Lake Area

• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for tracking production and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming for troubleshooting automated equipment.
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
