Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Montague Area

• →Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• →Prepare and package outgoing products, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
• →Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• →Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• →Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• →Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping and receiving documents.
• →Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Forklift certification with experience operating various types of forklifts.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
