Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Wyoming Area

• →Unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• →Prepare and package finished goods and raw materials for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• →Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records through timely and precise data entry into the ERP system.
• →Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.

• →Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies for material handling and storage.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and transaction processing
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to accurately complete shipping documents and maintain detailed records
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for inventory verification

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
• Forklift certification with experience operating various types of lift equipment.
• Proficiency with barcode scanning and inventory tracking software.
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling and shipping regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
