Shop Foreman - Byron Center Area

• →Supervise and train shop floor personnel to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and collaboration

• Additional certifications or training
