Shop Foreman - Montague Area

• →Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• →Supervise and train a team of manufacturing technicians.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• →Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring adequate supply.
• →Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• Proven leadership ability, including experience supervising a team
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Formal training or certification in lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with CAD software for reviewing designs or creating fixtures.
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior technicians.
