Shop Manager - Montague Area

• →Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• →Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
• →Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
• →Monitor production efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• →Collaborate with supply chain to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
• →Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators.

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of skilled technicians.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or similar production management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
