Staff Accountant - Whitehall Area

• →Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• →Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial records.
• →Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close activities, including accruals and reclassifications.
• →Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• →Support inventory costing and reconciliation processes.
• →Participate in annual audit preparations and provide requested documentation.
• →Analyze manufacturing variances and provide explanations for discrepancies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Experience with inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Additional certifications or training
