Value Stream Manager - Coopersville Area

• →Define, implement, and optimize value stream mapping processes to identify and eliminate waste.
• →Lead cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned value stream, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• →Develop and execute strategic plans for continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• →Manage the entire product lifecycle within the value stream, from raw material to customer delivery, ensuring efficient flow and responsiveness.
• →Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement.
• →Monitor and report on value stream performance, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• →Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to align value stream activities with overall business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management abilities.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with simulation software for process modeling.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing).
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean methodologies.
