• →Define, implement, and optimize value streams to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their practical application (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.
