Value Stream Manager - Manistee Area

• →Define and optimize value streams to improve flow, reduce lead times, and eliminate waste.
• →Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• →Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

• →Foster strong communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization to achieve shared goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their application (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
