• →Drive the end-to-end performance of the value stream, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate change within a value stream.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated experience in value stream mapping and the implementation of future state designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
