Warehouse Manager - Wayland Area

• →Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• →Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• →Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• →Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize stockouts.
• →Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system, conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• →Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse layout, processes, and technology.
• →Manage logistics and transportation activities, optimizing routes and carriers to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond basic functionality.
• Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
