Weld Technician - Holland Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Weld Technicians. • →Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding techniques.
• →Inspect welds for quality, defects, and adherence to specifications using visual and non-destructive testing methods.
• →Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, including welders, torches, and related tools.
• →Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding procedures and improve product design.
• →Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production schedules and quality standards.
• →Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of a certified welding program or apprenticeship
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 2+ years of experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
