Working Supervisor - Montague Area

• →Direct and coordinate the daily activities of production associates.
• →Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• →Train new employees on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• High school diploma/GED; some college coursework or technical certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and motivate production teams.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
