Working Supervisor - Plainwell Area

• →Direct and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets.
• →Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on job performance and safety protocols.
• →Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials.

• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members on production processes and safety protocols
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently
• Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and using manufacturing software

• Additional certifications or training
