Valet - Guest Services (On-Call)

We are looking for a professional and courteous Valet - Guest Services team member to join our organization. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who can safely operate guests' vehicles while providing excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment. As a Valet - Guest Services team member, you will assist Luggage Porters with the arrivals and departures of our guests and maintain a strong sense of teamwork throughout your shifts.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability on weekends and holidays is required
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and run up to 9-12 miles in a shift

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with their arrival and departure experience
- Safely operate guest vehicles and park them in designated areas
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request
- Keep track of keys and provide guests with accurate ticket information
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor with guests, coworkers, and management
- Ensure the safety and security of guests' vehicles at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
