Part-time Housekeeper- Tiburon, California

A warm, experienced, highly organized part-time Housekeeper is sought for a 4-bedroom, 3,700-square-foot home in Tiburon. The ideal candidate will provide meticulous housekeeping while taking a proactive, thoughtful approach to household organization and upkeep. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is calm, communicative, flexible, and takes pride in anticipating the family's needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and daily upkeep of the residence.

• Handle laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and putting clothing and linens away.

• Maintain and organize closets, pantry, and other household storage areas.

• Keep the home orderly and well maintained on an ongoing basis.

• Identify household needs proactively and address them without needing detailed direction.

• Assist with seasonal or occasional deep-cleaning and organizational projects.

• Coordinate as needed with the family's existing vendors and household support team.

• Be attentive to the family's two dogs and comfortable working in a pet-friendly home.

• Communicate clearly with the family regarding household needs, supplies, repairs, and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards.

• Strong organizational skills, including experience with closets, pantries, laundry, and household systems.

• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible personality.

• Comfortable working independently while also communicating effectively with the family.

• Comfortable around dogs and in a busy family household.

• Strong references and a clean background check required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary: $45 - $50 per hour

Schedule: 3 days per week / 24 hours per week
