  • Coordinate contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure inspections and remedial works are completed on time.

  • Maintain compliance records and update business systems accurately.

  • Produce reports, management information, meeting minutes, and action trackers.

  • Manage electronic filing systems, building records, and operational documentation.

  • Coordinate team calendars and support the planning of operational activities.

  • Support onboarding and user administration across FM platforms.

  • Help deliver KPI and SLA targets across the residential portfolio.

You'll bring:

  • Experience supporting compliance-related activities, inspections, and reporting.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience coordinating contractors and stakeholders to achieve service outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence challenging, questioning, and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience producing accurate reports and documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.

  • Experience using CAFM, compliance, or risk management systems.

  • Experience within residential or mixed-use property environments.
