You will apply a deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey to ensure every touchpoint is optimized for engagement and intent. You will bridge the gap between search visibility and sales velocity, leveraging technical SEO and CRO to create a frictionless path from "curiosity" to "conversion." - Analytics Architecture: Autonomously architect and refine the tracking of KPIs. You will ensure 100% data integrity for traffic attribution by source, medium, and campaign to provide a crystal-clear view of the inbound funnel.
- Proactive Performance Insights: You proactively analyze and communicate the direct impact of every action-whether it’s a CRO test, a technical SEO fix, or a new content cluster—providing tangible rationale for trends and shifts in performance.
- Web Governance: Establish the "Rules of the House." Define what local markets can edit versus what remains locked at a global brand level to ensure consistency and site speed.
- Quality Feedback Loop: Regularly sync with Sales teams to audit lead quality, ensuring organic traffic is bringing in the right personas.
- Lead Flow Governance: Lead the technical relationship with our support agency to manage the "Inbound Engine." This includes lead routing rules, Salesforce integration logic, and form-to-CRM mapping.
- Rule Updates & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and escalate bugs in the lead flow. You are the point of contact for updating internal lead-scoring rules and routing logic as the business scales.
- GTM Feature release quarterly Coordination: Serve as the marketing lead for quarterly product releases, ensuring the website reflects new features and messaging seamlessly across all markets.
