Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Sales Support and Ad-hoc analysis (Supply & Demand)
- →Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports updates & sharing to main stakeholders.
- →Intervene on ad-hoc analysis to support management’s decisions.
- →Identify opportunities to grow and share results and potential plans.
- →Proactively manage data requests from the business.
- →Target setting & compensation
- →Define and monitor monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- →Support compensation-related analysis and target allocation processes.
- →Contribute to client portfolio definition and segmentation strategies.
- →Quality of the Clients (Supply)
- →Analyze and optimize client performance across pages, product assortment, and visibility.
- →Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates (CVR) and overall customer experience.
- →Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive performance improvements.
- →Enhance the relevance and quality of the restaurant offering through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 100% data-lover: All your decisions must be supported by data.
- Strong initiative and mindset with the ability to identify improvement areas.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Engineering.
- +3 years managing data as analyst.
- Strong Project management skills:
- High collaboration with other departments (Sales, Product, Operations).
- Define and manage strategic KPIs - Target settings.
- Data and results oriented. Analytical competence. Advance level of Excel.
- Structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication with stakeholders whilst collecting and delivering requirements.
- Languages: fluent English (both written and spoken) and Spanish.
- Knowledge with Salesforce, Tableau and Snowflake is highly valued.
- Passion for gastronomy and interest in the food and restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Problem solving skills.
- Team player.
- Humble and positive attitude and mind-set.
