Senior Power Platform Developer

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a highly experienced Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• →Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps.

• →Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.

• →Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting.

• →Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration.

• →Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users.

• →Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse.

• →Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Angular 6+, Tableau, and RPA tools like UiPath.

• Familiarity with FlankSpeed and experience supporting Navy clients.

• High capacity for analytical thinking and process improvement.

• Experience with Model Driven Apps and/or Dynamics.
