Part-Time Financial Controller – Manchester & Surrounding Areas About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven Financial Controller to join The Part-Time Finance People and support a portfolio of ambitious SME clients across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
About the Role

Expertise in balance sheet reconciliations
Proven ability in cashflow management and profit forecasting
Experience with Xero (with exposure to Sage50 and/or QuickBooks a bonus)
A track record of implementing and improving financial controls
Commercial awareness and a practical, business-focused mindset
Experience supporting year-end processes (excluding statutory accounts)
Advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables, SUMIFs, and data visualisation)
Confidence presenting financial insights to non-financial leaders
Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/FCCA/ICAEW) or QBE (5+ years), with experience managing a finance team
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ UK-based experience as a Financial Controller
