TLC is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who possesses the ability to solve problems at the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training. Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervision of direct staff
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
• The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET)
• Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
• Write quarterly progress reports
• Interact with funding source contacts
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
• Provide parent training
• Ongoing and new hire training.
