Enterprise Account Director – Hospitality Technology Location: Houston, TX Reports To: Senior Vice President – Sales & Product Overview The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading hospitality technology provider to hire an Enterprise Account Director. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships across a portfolio of high-value hospitality accounts. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to expand and retain enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise hospitality accounts Drive expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-property growth strategies Develop and execute account growth plans with clear revenue targets and KPIs Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from operations through executive leadership Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction Monitor account usage and lifecycle trends to recommend additional services Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting within CRM tools Resolve escalations and pricing or service issues while protecting account health Travel up to 25% as needed Qualifications 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or solution selling Proven success in account expansion, retention, and quota attainment Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills Consultative, customer-focused selling style Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Preferred Experience Hospitality technology, managed services, or IT services background Experience working with multi-property or complex enterprise accounts Familiarity with connectivity, Wi-Fi, IPTV, or related technology platforms Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Collaborative, high-performance culture Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization
