The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Lawrence, MA, and we are seeking an experienced Geriatrician to provide comprehensive care to older adults while helping lead and develop community-based geriatric services. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while working alongside a multidisciplinary care team. Schedule: Full-Time What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary and geriatric care Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment and care plans Provide preventive care and promote healthy aging Coordinate care with specialists, caregivers, and community resources Support population health and value-based care initiatives Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other care team members Develop and improve community-based geriatric care programs Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to members of the care team Promote evidence-based approaches to patient care Participate in shared telephone call coverage as needed Support quality improvement and innovative care delivery initiatives What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is passionate about improving care for older adults and advancing innovative approaches to community-based care.
