RN House Supervisor - Full-Time | Nights

As an RN Night House Supervisor, you will oversee hospital-wide operations and provide leadership across departments during overnight hours. Serving as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families, you will ensure exceptional patient care while fostering a safe, collaborative environment and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Schedule: Full-Time | Nights What You’ll Do At this hospital, leadership doesn’t stop after hours. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management and clinical coverage across units Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient care Foster positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving What We’re Looking For Qualifications Active Alabama RN license required 4–6 years of recent hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire Previous supervisory or management experience preferred BSN preferred Join a dedicated team committed to quality care and community service while enjoying opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and meaningful impact in a collaborative environment If you're a confident RN leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting patients and staff, we encourage you to apply.
