The Assembly Lead Technician will provide guidance, instruction, direction, coordination and leadership to assembly technicians for the purpose of achieving departmental goals.

Follow visual and written instructions provided.

Conduct basic math calculations.

Perform visual quality inspections.

Train and guide new and existing team members.

Record any non-conformances and follow through with potential resolutions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Achieve departmental work goals.

Maintain build schedules to maximize floor utilization.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Basic computer skills.
