The Opportunity
We are looking for an intermediate-level Integrated Producer to join our Vancouver team. This role is ideal for a producer who has experience across multiple disciplines and project types and is comfortable supporting and owning work across digital, social, content, and integrated brand initiatives.
This role will have a strong focus on high-volume content production, particularly mass asset creation across static design and 2D & occasionally 3D animation.
You are organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You understand how to shepherd creative work from brief through delivery while balancing timelines, budgets, and team dynamics. You enjoy collaborating across departments and are excited to grow into larger, more complex productions over time.
Support and lead production across a range of integrated projects, including high-volume content production, digital experiences, and brand initiatives
Partner closely with creatives, strategists, technologists, and clients to plan, scope, and execute projects from kickoff through launch
Build and manage timelines, budgets, resourcing plans, and production documentation
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget
Help identify risks early and propose smart, practical solutions
Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Support senior producers and production leadership on larger or more complex initiatives as needed
3–5 years of experience as a Producer, Integrated Producer, or similar role within an agency, studio, or production environment
Experience managing content production pipelines, particularly high-volume asset creation (static design, 2D, and 3D animation)
Experience working across digital and content-driven campaigns
Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and comfort working with multidisciplinary teams
Confidence managing timelines, budgets, and multiple projects at once
A solutions-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed
Familiarity with common production tools and workflows
Understanding of social content production and strategy
