The 3rd shift schedule is Friday - Sunday; 7pm - 7am. This supports our 24/7 manufacturing environment.

This role is not just a QC technical role; it’s primarily a people leadership + operational leadership position in a GMP manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate:

Has direct supervisory experience managing frontline quality, manufacturing, or lab personnel
Has experience in regulated manufacturing (strong preference: dietary supplements, pharma, biotech, medical device, or food)
Can confidently lead a team on off-shift/weekend operations with minimal oversight
Is comfortable making real-time quality decisions involving:
- product holds/releases
- deviations
- nonconforming material
- escalation of production quality issues
