About the Role
~1 min readWe’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care in a virtual role. As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.

Responsibilities

- →Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
- →Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- →Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
- →Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
Requirements
~1 min read- Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.
- Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
- Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
- Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
- Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology and weight management
This is a remote role, with providers delivering care virtually and collaborating with clinical teams across Tia’s markets.
What We Offer
~1 min readTia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000, depending on level and experience.
