~1 min readAbout the Role
~1 min readAs an Admissions Representative, you'll combine consultative sales, inside sales, customer service, and relationship-building to help prospective students take the first step toward a rewarding career in the skilled trades. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role where success comes from building trust, asking the right questions, and guiding students through the admissions and enrollment process.
Based at our Norfolk campus, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in career training in Automotive Technology, HVAC/R, and Welding. Through phone calls, email, text messaging, virtual appointments, and in-person meetings, you'll assess each student's goals, educate them on our programs, overcome objections, and confidently guide them from their initial inquiry through enrollment.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced inside sales environment, and is motivated by achieving measurable results. Whether your background is in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, business development, account management, retail sales, customer service, or consultative sales, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while exceeding performance goals and helping students change their lives.
