We are seeking a senior Pharmaceutical Data & Analytics SME to support the Cystic Fibrosis Sales & Performance team. This role will serve as the functional expert across commercial data, Snowflake/lakehouse assets, reporting, and analytics while partnering closely with business and technology teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the SME for Cystic Fibrosis commercial data, sales performance, and reporting.
Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
Support data validation, reconciliation, business rules, data quality, and metric definitions.
Collaborate with data engineering teams on Snowflake/lakehouse architecture and reporting-ready data products.
Guide offshore teams and help establish governance, documentation, and delivery processes for the future analytics pod.

Requirements

12+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences commercial data, analytics, or data engineering.
Strong experience with sales performance, patient services, speciality pharmacy, Veeva CRM, HCP/HCO, territory alignment, claims/prescription data, or related commercial domains.
Hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, cloud data platforms, and data quality/reconciliation.
Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Experience in Rare Disease/Cystic Fibrosis, Patient Services, or Specialty Care analytics.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, semantic models, and data product operating models.
Experience leading analytics support pods or distributed delivery teams.
Boston-based preferred; remote candidates willing to travel will also be considered.
