Responsibilities

→Relieve Process Controllers/Operators during breaks, leave, absenteeism, and shift changes.
→Operate and monitor processing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
→Ensure products meet quality and food safety specifications.
→Conduct routine process checks and record production data accurately.
→Report equipment faults, process deviations, and quality issues to supervisors.
→Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
→Follow all health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
→Assist with start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers of production lines.
→Support continuous production flow to meet daily production targets.
→Work effectively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
