• →Operate various production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• →Relieve operators at different workstations as assigned.
• →Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities when required.
• →Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation.
• →Conduct routine checks and inspections on equipment.
• →Report equipment faults, quality deviations, and safety concerns promptly.
• →Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S and GMP requirements.
• →Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• →Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• →Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor operational issues.
• →Support stock handling, material replenishment, and packaging activities when required.
• →Adhere to all food safety, quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• →Participate in shift handovers and team meetings.
• →Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to improve line performance.

• →Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations.
• →Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• →Report unsafe acts and conditions immediately.
• →Maintain product quality standards and food safety requirements.
• →Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company quality systems.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
• Ability to operate multiple production line machines.
• Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
