Expert Certification Management (Offshore Wind / HVDC Project)

We are looking for a senior Expert in Certification Management to support a large-scale offshore wind infrastructure project. The role focuses on managing the full certification lifecycle and ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory frameworks, and project requirements.

  Develop and implement project certification strategies across all project phases

  Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external audits and tests (e.g. ISO standards)

  Prepare, organize, and support certification audits and inspections

• →

  Coordinate with independent certification bodies, authorities, and internal stakeholders

• →

  Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and certification requirements

• →

  Maintain and manage all certification-related documentation and evidence

• →

  Analyze audit results, define improvement measures, and track implementation

• →

  Manage and resolve non-conformities

• →

  Drive alignment between engineering, HSE, commercial, and project teams

• →

  Support successful certification across design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases

• Proven experience in certification management within offshore wind or complex infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks

• Experience working with certification bodies and authorities

• Background in engineering, HSE, or similar technical disciplines

• Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance processes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent English (C1+)

• Location: Berlin with hybrid setup

• International project environment with travel requirements
