Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
→
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements
→
Coordinate quality activities across design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning
→
Manage ITPs, NCRs, audits, and corrective actions
→
Interface with EPC contractors, suppliers, and certification bodies
→
Ensure full traceability of quality documentation
